Cincinnati Wedding Photography, Chad and Carly 9-17-11

By: Cincinnati Wedding Photographers, Daniel Michael

September 18, 2011

As weddings in Cincinnati go, Chad and Carly had one of the more unique weddings I've been to.  There was the stunningly elegant and beautiful Carly with her cowboy boots under her dress.  There was the outdoor reception with a nice buffet by Wolf Market and lighting and entertainment by Jason with Party Pleasers.  Carly has incredibly classy taste but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised to see her hunting or fishing in that wedding dress Sunday!  It was as fun of a group as you could possibly have.  The touch of elegance was there though the overwhelmingly country theme was there throughout as well.  Chad and Carly, you are surrounded by great friends and family.  You are living the dream.  Enjoy the ride!  Katie, you added an element of fun that made my job so much easier.  Derrick, you kept me on my toes and made me feel like an old friend.  The rest of the wedding party was right there with them.  Thank you all for letting me be part of it!

As promised, here is the link to the Facebook Page.  Please feel free to tag yourself in photos.

Dan, Words cannot describe how amazing Carly & Chad's wedding pictures are. Your crew, Bianca & Claire, were great. Not only are you the best photographer she could have selected, but we now consider you a friend. Thanks so much.

Daniel Michael said on September 19, 2011 - 9:23pm:

That means so much to me! Emily passed on the message you left the studio as well and you are right, you can never hear enough how much someone appreciates what you do. I walked away feeling the same way about you as you felt about us. Thank you so much!!

Cincinnati Wedding Photography, Steve & Liz 9-16-11

September 17, 2011

Cincinnati Wedding Photographers Daniel Michael and Doug Oaks had the pleasure of photographing Steve and Liz Outdoor Wedding Ceremony and Reception at the beautiful Alms Park Pavilion and overlook.  The floral designs were flawlessly prepared by Joni from Sprouts Floral Design.  JD Hughes with On the Air Entertainment helped to create the personal environment that only he can while adding a touch of class to the evening.  And of course it was just nice to see old friends like JD and Andy from RMAX films.  It seems like it's a weekly occurrence for me to work with Spoon Fulla Sugar for the Wedding Cake!  Love it!  Not only was the cake amazing, but Steven and Liz invited us to sit with them for dinner!  Since Funky's Catering had prepared the meal, that was pretty hard to pass up!

The weather was amazing, the people were genuinely nice to be around.  The atmosphere was classy and elegant but fun and personable.  This was the kind of wedding that makes you remember how lucky we are.

Cincinnati Wedding Photography Jeff & Amanda 9-4-11

By: Cincinnati Wedding Photographers Daniel Michael

September 5, 2011

Today I had the pleasure of seeing one of our fellow wedding vendors get married.  Jeff has found a beautiful woman who has shown me a side of Jeff I've never seen before.  Amanda, thank you for that!  I knew Jeff and Amanda knew how to throw a party.  What I didn't see coming was the overwhelming emotional moments throughout the day.  It was a joy to be a part of.  Despite the weather, Amanda's personality, attitude and beauty lit up anything that may have seemed "gloomy" outside.

The Wedding Ceremony was performed by Father Chuck Smith at St Aloysius Chapel on Reading Road.  We spent some time taking photos dodging raindrops at Spring Grove but it all worked out.  I loved the moment on the bridge when Jeff and Amanda first saw each other as Jeff carried an umbrella to her.  it was a sweet moment.  The Wedding Reception was at Receptions Erlanger and mc'd by Tim from Music Masters.  Fantastic job old friend!  The floral arrangements and centerpieces were put together by the wonderfully talented Destiny from Fassler Florist.  Lighting was provided by Party Pleasers.  I throughly enjoyed hanging out with my buddies from Rmax films.  The guys were decked out in nothing but the best from Peppe Ramundo and were taken care of by the fine people at Savannah Nite Limo Service.

The weather gave us a bit of a scare, but you guys pulled it off.  What an amazing group of vendors and a wonderful time!

I'm a little to tired to post the links to all the vendors and such.  With having another wedding tomorrow, I better go get some sleep.  So I'll say this, Heather and Joe, Thank You!  You and your families were a blast and were troopers in the heat.  The breeze kept us sane and the shade was amazing!  You're wedding was beautiful!  I have a good chunk of photos on the facebook page as well!

Cincinnati Wedding Photography-Chris & Megan, 8-27-11

By: Cincinnati Wedding Photographers-Daniel Michael

August 28, 2011

Cincinnati Wedding Photographers Daniel Michael, Katie Schaefer and Aaron Gibson enjoyed a beautiful day with Chris and Megan today.  Blue sky with some white clouds, 85, nice breeze, old friends, new friends, wonderful group of people... who could ask for more!?!  After some prep photos with Megan, we headed to Spring Grove for the guys pictures where we hooked up with my old buddy Jeff Hill of Jeff Hill Wedding Videography.  He had Tina and Katie with him who were just a joy to work with!  I had two Katie's with me, so adding a third made it easy for the wedding party to remember our names!  The flowers were just gorgeous as always when we get to work with FloristMattFelds.  Motor Toys took care of getting everyone around and were professional and easy to work with as usual.

From there, we headed to St. Ursula for the one of the more entertaining Catholic Wedding Ceremonys I've seen in a while!  Father Tom, you're fantastic!  Then it was off to the Wedding Reception at the Verdin Bell Event Centre downtown where Brooke and her crew were just fantastic.  I love working with you guys.  Thanks so much for taking such good care of us but also my friends.  I've known Megan's sister Sarah for a couple years now.  Prior to moving out of state she assisted with us for a summer.  The Wedding Cake from Bonbonerie was amazing as always and the night couldn't have been more perfect.

Megan looked more amazing than I even thought she would be in her bridal gown from David's Bridal.  I can't think of a thing that could have made their day any more amazing.  I'm so happy for you guys.  Sarah, thanks for bringing Megan and Chris to us.  I love both of your families and look forward to Sarah's wedding and Ben's wedding down the line!

There are a lot more photos on our Facebook page!  Please Like and Retweet this post as well as comment and tag yourself in the photos and on the blog.  I'm always interested in hearing about the stories I didn't get to see!

Mandy and Bryan's Engagement Photography session was the first time I had met them since her sister is getting married and did the legwork for her!  Clearly it worked out well!  I'm looking forward to both of your weddings and getting to hang with my buddy Tim from Party Pleasers DJ service for the first time in a while!  I'm looking forward to it!

Cincinnati Wedding Photography, Dan & Jennifer, 8-20-11

By: Cincinnati Wedding Photographers, Daniel Michael

August 21, 2011

Cincinnati Wedding Photographers Daniel Michael and Mitchell Cooke travel to Faith Community United Methodist Church for Dan and Jennifer's Wedding Ceremony.  Following that is a stop at the overlook from Covington at Riverside Dr and then the Wedding Reception at the beautiful Drees Pavilion at Devou park in Northern Kentucky.  Their reception was an amazing combination of beauty with the amazing view of downtown from Drees Pavilion, the delicious food from Elegant Fare and Wedding Cake from the lovely and talented Pat fromPatricia's Cakes and then the best entertainment around with the always sweet, energetic, fun and extremely talented group from the Airwave Band.

Jennifer's Floral arrangements were a stunning combination from Cincinnati Florist MattFeld's.  Her hair and makeup were done at Mitchells Salon in West Chester.  It was great to see my old friend Jeff Hill with his video camera in hand!  I'm sure he got some great stuff but I'll just have to wait a little longer to see it!  The gorgeous flowing gown was from Bridal and Formal.

Having said all that, Jennifer and Dan were wonderful.  They were as sweet a couple as I could hope to have, laid back and photographed very comfortably.  I'm not sure either one of them is capable of complaining about anything!  Of course when your wedding day is perfect, what is there to complain about?  Thank you guys for letting us be part of your wedding day and enjoy your sneak peek!

Cincinnati Photography Senior Portraits-Wes

By: Cincinnati Senior Portrait Photographer-Daniel Michael

August 21, 2011

My first question to Wes was, "is this for you or your mom?"  Easy answer, "Mom".  So for me it was let's get some nice portraits of Wes plus a few with his brother, and let him go do something fun!  Mom and Wes both seemed happy with this concept and we were off and running!

Cincinnati Photography, Family & Engagement

By: Cincinnati Photographers-Daniel Michael

August 21, 2011

It was a beautiful for engagement and family photography day at Alms Park on Cincinnati's east side.  It was so nice that a couple friends of Liz and Steve thought they should get married that night!  Or maybe they just screwed up the date and happened to get lucky and show up when Liz and Steve were there to tell them it was NEXT MONTH!  I have to tell you, that was pretty funny.  The twins were so funny and having so much fun.  All I had to do was point the camera and click!  I can't wait till the wedding.  It was a good time at the park friday!  I'll see you there again in a month!
