This one certainly snuck up on me!  It seems I just saw Ron and Michelle a few weeks ago after they were engaged.  This one was another family reunion for me!  Ron and I grew up together in the same neighborhood while Michelle was in my high school graduating class.  So all my old neighbors were here including Tom and Sue who are the parents of a couple of our past grooms Mike and Ben, my own parents, the parents of my best men at my wedding and I could go on but will not!  Then there were some high school friends as well as a couple of our previous couples Chad & Jen and Joel & Shelly.  I ran into a groomsman from one of last year's weddings where another groomsman was sent to the ER for stitches.  It seems the list never ends!  It was so much fun seeing some people I haven't seen in 10-20 years as well as getting a chance to get a chance to really see what kind of people Ron, Michelle, Sabrina, Elliot and Grant have become in the years we've been away from each other.  I completely forgot how much fun everyone is!

I was so thrilled for Michelle to see how amazing of a day it was.  It seemed everything just went exactly as it was supposed to.  The weather was perfect, everyone was on time or early, the ceremony and reception at Receptions West were beautiful, Ron and Michelle both cried when they saw each other and everyone was fun and exceptionally photogenic.  Will from DJ Toad had the dance floor hopping and then met us at JTAPS Sports Bar afterward where Tommy was so kind and took great care of everyone.  BTW, when you go to the facebook page, that's him blowing fire!  The cake was perfect and I heard it was tasty so thanks to Cakes by Mindy for that!  I have horribly forgotten the name of the Chauffeur from Your Chauffeur but she was fun, and right on top of things.  Everyone loved her!  It's only appropriate that Michelle had the florist from Kroger in Montgomery do her flowers since she manages that store.  They were wonderful.  The Kroger people certainly were there in force as well!

We really couldn't have asked for anymore from you and I can only hope that you love the photos as much as we enjoyed being there.

Jason and Shannon, May 15, 2010

It’s very special when I get to see someone who I've known for several years prior to their engagement getting married. I feel like I see the whole story better and can feel it myself on a totally different level. I completely had that feeling when Shannon and Jason first saw each other at Spring Grove on their wedding day. I've always felt Shannon was beautiful. But as a bride seeing how she looked at Jason, took my breath away. My hats off to Mitchells Salon in Hyde Park who were amazing with her hair and make up. Let's not forget Jason! He and the guys looked pretty sharp themselves. The tuxes were provided by Skeffingtons formal wear The beautiful flowers were designed by Yellow Canary. Then I was thrilled to get out to St Boniface for the first time in quite a while! I forgot just how beautiful it is! Then of course the drinking and driving was provided by my favorite limo service Motor Toys Limo Service. Don't take that wrong, the wedding party drank while the chauffeur drove!! I wouldn't encourage it otherwise! And Patricia never stops amazing me with her wonderfully delicious cakes! It's been a while since I had seen my man Aaron with DJ Butlers Music by Request. No surprise he kept things moving right along nice and smoothly! And for the second day in a row, I was at Receptions West! I love the new covered patio and expanded wedding party area. They are always on top of it! I can't tell you guys how happy I am for you. It was a perfect day with some special friends. And yes Jodi, George, Amanda, Megan and the rest of the crew, that means you too! Thanks for everything! To see some additional photos check out our fan page on facebook!

Joe and Theresa May 14, 2010

Now this was a fun wedding! I feel like I've been waiting for this as long as Joe and Theresa! I'm pretty sure they came to meet with us about a year and a half ago shortly after Theresa's brother Hank's wedding. Then it was so cool that while I was taking photos of the awards at the Receptions bridal show, I hear your name when they announced the winner of the free reception! I'm not sure if I was more shocked or you! I have to say it was as close to perfect as it could have been. The weather was amazing. Peppe Ramundo made sure the guys were looking sharp. Nature Nook did an amazing job on the floral arrangements. Then one of my favorite ceremony locations St Teresa Avila was amazing! You had my favorite driver from A Savannah Nite and the kick ass coach limo bus. Then there was the beautiful and tasty cake from Jeanas Great Cakes! We love her!! And for the first time since Hanks wedding I got to see DJ Jeff Schaclieter who is normally too busy being GM at Receptions Erlanger. This day, he was up north on the west side spinning some tunes and announcing the new Mr and Mrs Joe and Theresa Beccaccio at Receptions West! What an amazing day!! Thanks for letting me be a part of it. To see some additional photos check out our fan page on facebook!
