We do not believe in offering "entry level" or "basic photo packages" because it limits the quality of our work and your overall experience. Any photography package we create for you will include: Two professional photographers; Unlimited Locations in the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton area; Enough time to cover pre-ceremony photos and well into your wedding reception; All of your photo images; High resolution DVD with all photos ready to print gallery quality; Your original film negatives and a copyright release.
We can customize your wedding photography package for under $2,000.

Your wedding is unique and your wedding photography package should reflect your vision and hopes for your day. We are happy to customize our photography package however we can to fit your wedding day and your photography budget or we will direct you to someone who can. Please give us a call so we can help make your wedding the experience you’ve always dreamed of.
We do not charge for travel to wedding venues within a 50 mile radius of Our cincinnati blue ash photography studio. Outside of that it is $100 for each 25 miles beyond that point to bring the entire 3 person team. Exceptions are made for destination wedding photography that involves flying.
Questions you should ask your Wedding Photographer:
Background
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We’ve been photographing weddings professionally since 1999.
Q: How many weddings have you shot? Have you done many that were similar to mine in size and style?
A: Over 800 as of January 2012. We photograph all size, style and types of weddings.
Q: How would you describe your photography style?
A: In one word, Personalized. To be more descriptive, a blend of styles including: Photojournalistic, Candid, Traditional, Contemporary, Emotional, Classic and Timeless.
Q: How would you describe your working style?
A: When we are taking portraits our teams should take control and orchestrate your day. When we are at the Ceremony or Reception we should barely be noticed if at all.
Q: What type of equipment do you use?
A: Either Cannon or Nikon. More importantly, we use primarily full frame professional grade cameras and the top grade lenses designed for professional use by Nikon and Cannon. We primarily use Nikon D4, D3 or D700 with high speed lenses and speed lights as well as strobe lighting as needed.
Q: Do you shoot in RAW format or JPEG?
A: All photos are captured in RAW format to allow for the best possible editing and are converted to JPEG afterward for ease of use for you.
Q: Can I give you a list of specific shots we would like?
A: Yes, though we will meet with you prior to your wedding to make sure we fully understand your family dynamics and customize your family photo list for you. Additional suggestions for poses or styles are encouraged as well.
Q: Have you ever worked with my florist? DJ? Coordinator, etc?
A: Chances are we have. However, if we have not, we will always respect that they are there with the same goal as us, to make your wedding the perfect day you dreamed it would be. We will work together however we can to make this come true.
Q: May I have a list of references?
A: Of course we can. However, this is a bit of an outdated request with all of the available online reviews such as The Knot, Wedding Wire, Bride and Groom Planner and Google. Any photographer's list of references will surely include nothing but extremely satisfied couples. At least with online reviews they have much less control over it.
The Shoot
Q: Who chooses which photographer will photograph my wedding? Do you have a second photographer or assistant? Can I meet them before my wedding?
A: You can choose any of our available senior photographers and I prefer you meet with them at least twice prior to your wedding (Engagement session and Final Consultation).
Q: Do you have backup equipment? What about a backup plan if you (or my scheduled photographer) are unable to shoot my wedding for some reason?
A: Every team carries at least 3 cameras if not 4 or more as well as multiple lenses and speed lights. We schedule extra people on every busy weekend to make sure we have someone on standby at all times. Our computers back up nightly as well.
Q: How will you (and your assistants) be dressed?
A: Black dress pants and a jacket or appropriate blouse.
Q: Is it okay if other people take photos while you’re taking photos?
A: Yes, as long as it is not hampering our ability to move quickly.
Q: If my event lasts longer than expected, will you stay? Is there an additional charge?
A: We will stay until we have completely captured your day. We do not charge to stay late as long as it is within reason.
Packages, Proofs and Prints
Q: What packages do you offer?
A: Every package is customizable and we can go over that in more detail in person or on the phone.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of photos taken? Do we receive all the photos? Are they high resolution, color corrected and without watermarks?
A: No limit. You receive all the images except for the duplicates and misfires which typically account for about 10% of the images. High Resolution, Color Corrected and free of Watermarks. Everything is ready to print from your flash drive.
Q: Do you include engagement photos in your packages? Do we have the copyright release and high res images?
A: Typically yes, but it’s completely up to you. Yes and Yes.
Q: What type of album designs do you offer? Do you provide any assistance in creating an album?
A: Our albums are completely customized. You have complete control and can choose your photos. However, we will also guide you through the process.
Q: How long after the wedding will I get the proofs? Will they be viewable online? On a CD?
A: Typically you will have your photos completed within 4-6 weeks at which time they will be available online as well as on a high resolution flash drive.
Q: How long after I order my photos/album will I get them?
A: Reprints take approximately 3-7 days when ordered directly from Robin Imaging. If ordered online, it is typically 2-4 weeks. Albums take 4-6 weeks to design depending largely on you. Printing typically takes 4-6 weeks except around Christmas where we have to be a little more ahead of the game.
Contracts and Policies

A: Deposits are non refundable but can be used as a credit toward future purposes.
