It is only natural to have a few questions about Boudoir photography. We hope that the Q&A below will help answer some of the things circling your mind about this type of empowering session.
When should I schedule my Boudoir Session?
We book about 2 months in advance for our Boudoir Sessions. Please keep this in mind if you are planning on gifting a product to a special someone. That way you know you will have your gift in hand by the time you plan on giving it!
Do you offer Professional Hair and Makeup services?
To enhance your Boudoir experience, Professional Hair and Makeup is included in our Traditional Boudoir Session Fee! Your hair is typically styled in big, bouncy curls while your makeup can be a deep smokey eye or more natural. You'll work with our stylist to achieve the perfect look for you!
Where do your sessions take place?
Traditional Boudoir Sessions take place at our private studio located in Reading, OH. If have chose to do an Outdoor Boudoir Session, that session will take place on a private property in Wilder, KY.
How long will the session take?
When you arrive, you'll begin with hair and makeup, which is about 60-90 minutes. From there we will look over your outfits choices and begin your session. We recommend you block out about 3-4 hours for your Boudoir Experience.
When will I see the images from my session?
1-2 weeks after your session, you will meet with Lauren to view your images at your Ordering Appointment. This can be done over Zoom as well.
Here you will choose your favorite images and any Collection or A La Carte products you'd like to showcase your photos. Our Collections start at $500. There is a $350 minimum on all product purchases.
Will my images be retouched?
Professional retouching is applied to all of your images as well as a black and white copy! Any further edting does cost an additional fee.
Will my photos be published online?
Although we would LOVE to show off all of your stunning images, privacy is important to us. After you view your images, you can allow us to use all, some, or none of the images from your session to help other women choose this empowering session.
